User Agreement
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you and Stone Cards. This Agreement applies to your use of the payment and digital-card services provided by Stone Cards, as well as any other products or services available through the website: https://stonecards.com/
By using the website or any of the services provided through it, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or any of its services.
Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- Customer Support: refers to the Stone Cards customer support team, which can be reached through the Contact Us page on the website.
- Stone Cards Account or the Account: refers to the electronic account that the user creates and uses on the Stone Cards website to benefit from the services provided.
- Stone Cards or the Website: refers to the official website available at: https://stonecards.com/
- You or Your: refers to the natural or legal person who creates an account on Stone Cards and uses the services provided through it.
- We, Us, or Our: refers to Stone Cards as a provider of digital services and products.
- Sending Payments: refers to making payments or purchasing the digital products and services available through Stone Cards using the payment methods available on the website.

ئەم ڕێککەوتننامەی بەکارهێنەرە (“ڕێککەوتننامە”) گرێبەستێکی یاسایییە لە نێوان تۆ و Stone Cards. ئەم ڕێککەوتننامەیە جێبەجێ دەبێت لەسەر بەکارهێنانت بۆ خزمەتگوزارییەکانی پارەدان و کارتە دیجیتاڵییەکان کە لەلایەن Stone Cards پێشکەش دەکرێن، هەروەها هەر بەرهەم یان خزمەتگوزارییەکی تر کە لە ڕێگەی ماڵپەڕەوە بەردەستە: https://stonecards.com/
بە بەکارهێنانی ماڵپەڕ یان هەر یەکێک لە خزمەتگوزارییەکانی کە لە ڕێگەیەوە پێشکەش دەکرێن، دان بەوەدا دەنێیت کە ئەم ڕێککەوتننامەیەت خوێندووەتەوە و ڕازیت بە پابەندبوون بە هەموو مەرج و ڕێساکانی ناوی. ئەگەر ڕازی نیت بەم مەرجانە، تکایە ماڵپەڕ یان هیچ یەکێک لە خزمەتگوزارییەکانی بەکارمەهێنە.
پێناسەکان
لەم ڕێککەوتننامەیەدا، زاراوەکانی خوارەوە ئەم واتایانەیان هەیە کە لە خوارەوە ڕوونکراونەتەوە:
- پشتگیری کڕیار: مەبەست لێی تیمی پشتگیری کڕیارانی Stone Cards ـە، کە دەتوانرێت لە ڕێگەی پەڕەی پەیوەندیمان پێوە بکە لەسەر ماڵپەڕ پەیوەندی پێوە بکرێت.
- هەژماری Stone Cards یان هەژمار: مەبەست لێی ئەو هەژمارە ئەلیکترۆنییەیە کە بەکارهێنەر لەسەر ماڵپەڕی Stone Cards دروستی دەکات و بەکاری دەهێنێت بۆ سوودمەندبوون لە خزمەتگوزارییە پێشکەشکراوەکان.
- Stone Cards یان ماڵپەڕ: مەبەست لێی ماڵپەڕە فەرمییەکەیە کە بەردەستە لە: https://stonecards.com/
- تۆ یان هی تۆ: مەبەست لێی ئەو کەسە سروشتی یان یاساییەیە کە هەژمارێک لەسەر Stone Cards دروست دەکات و خزمەتگوزارییە پێشکەشکراوەکان بەکاردەهێنێت.
- ئێمە یان هی ئێمە: ئاماژەیە بۆ Stone Cards وەک دابینکەری خزمەتگوزاری و بەرهەمە دیجیتاڵییەکان.
- ناردنی پارەدان: مەبەست لێی ئەنجامدانی پارەدان یان کڕینی بەرهەم و خزمەتگوزارییە دیجیتاڵییەکانە کە لە ڕێگەی Stone Cards بەردەستن بە بەکارهێنانی شێوازەکانی پارەدانی بەردەست لەسەر ماڵپەڕ.
